We operate on honesty. Here is exactly how we work, what each project includes, and what happens at every step of the process — before you spend a dollar.
Payment Structure
Small projects (under $750): 100% upfront may be required.
Websites & branding: 50% deposit to start. 50% before launch or final file delivery.
Enterprise builds: 40% deposit → 30% at midpoint → 30% before final delivery.
Final files, launch, and handoff are not released until final payment is complete.
Affirm payment options may be available for eligible projects. Approval and terms are handled by Affirm — not We Design Studio.
Revisions
Every project includes a defined number of revision rounds based on the package.
Revision rounds are agreed in writing before work begins.
Revisions outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Revisions must be submitted clearly and at one time per round — not piece by piece over multiple messages.
Timelines
Timelines are estimated during the intake and scoping phase.
Timelines may vary based on client response time, revision requests, and project complexity.
Client delays in feedback, approvals, or content delivery will affect the project timeline.
We Design Studio will communicate any delays or changes in advance.
Client Responsibilities
Provide all required content, images, and text in a timely manner.
Respond to feedback requests and approvals within a reasonable timeframe.
Communicate changes, concerns, or direction shifts as early as possible.
Ensure any brand materials, business info, or references shared are accurate.
What We Design Is Responsible For
Delivering the agreed scope on time and to a professional standard.
Communicating progress, questions, and any scope changes.
Providing organized, production-ready final files upon completion.
Holding client files securely during the project.
Not releasing final work until payment is complete.
Final Delivery
Final files are delivered only after all payments are complete.
Website launch, domain connection, or live deployment happens after final payment.
All deliverables are handed off in organized, labeled formats.
Post-delivery support requests may be scoped as a separate project or retainer.
Affirm Payment Options: We Design Studio may offer Affirm payment options for eligible projects. Affirm approval, payment terms, and financing decisions are handled by Affirm. Project timelines, deposits, and final delivery requirements may still apply depending on the selected service and project scope. We Design Studio does not control or guarantee Affirm approval.
